Overview
The Vertiv VRA1000 is a 1U horizontal cable management panel designed to bring order to server rack installations. It addresses the common problem of tangled and unmanaged cables, which can impede airflow, complicate maintenance, and increase the risk of connection failures. This unit mounts directly into standard 19-inch racks, providing a clean and organized pathway for network and power cables between equipment.
Compatibility
This cable manager is designed for use with standard 19-inch rack systems. Its 1U form factor ensures compatibility with virtually any server rack or cabinet. The metal D-rings are suitable for securing a variety of cable types, from Cat6a Ethernet runs to power cords, ensuring they remain neatly routed and out of the way of other rack-mounted equipment. It is intended for use with other Vertiv rack and infrastructure components, as well as standard third-party rack-mount equipment.
Installation Notes
Installation requires standard rack-mounting hardware (typically cage nuts and screws, sold separately) to secure the panel to the rack uprights. The unit mounts horizontally, occupying 1U of vertical rack space. The metal D-rings provide attachment points for cable ties or Velcro straps (not included) to bundle and secure cables.
