Compatibility

This trunk cable is engineered to meet TIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards for Category 6A performance. It is compatible with standard Panduit modular jacks, patch panels, and connectors designed for Cat6A UTP cabling systems. Use with other manufacturers' Cat6A UTP components is possible, but performance is only guaranteed when used within a fully Panduit-compliant system.

Installation Notes

The cable features a UTP construction with a 24 AWG conductor gauge. Ensure proper bend radius management during installation to avoid signal degradation; maintain a minimum bend radius of 4 times the cable diameter when un-pulled, and 8 times when pulled. Avoid routing parallel to high-voltage power cables for distances greater than 10 meters (33 feet) to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI).
