Description

Altronix MAXFIT75FE Concise Descriptor

Overview

The Altronix MAXFIT75FE is a versatile 75W dual output power supply designed to deliver reliable 12VDC and 24VDC power simultaneously. This unit is engineered for surveillance system integrators who require a compact, efficient power solution for multiple devices, such as cameras, access control readers, or network switches, within a single enclosure. Its design prioritizes clean power delivery and system stability, making it suitable for installations where space is at a premium.

Compatibility

This power supply is designed to support a wide range of low-voltage surveillance and security equipment requiring either 12VDC or 24VDC input. It is compatible with most IP cameras, PTZ cameras, access control panels, IR illuminators, and network switches that operate within these voltage parameters. Specific compatibility extends to systems utilizing Altronix's own power distribution modules and enclosures for integrated solutions.

Installation Notes

The MAXFIT75FE requires a standard AC input (115VAC/230VAC, 50/60Hz). Output voltage selection for 12VDC or 24VDC is factory-set but can be adjusted if needed. Each output provides up to 10A of current, with a combined total output of 75W. Overload, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection are built-in for each output, safeguarding connected equipment. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit, as it is designed for non-enclosed or well-ventilated environments to prevent overheating.
