Overview

The Panduit FXTSR17NNSNM001 is a 12-fiber OM3 multimode fiber optic trunk cable assembly. This factory-terminated cable ensures consistent performance and simplifies installation compared to field termination, reducing potential points of failure in critical surveillance infrastructure.

Compatibility

This trunk cable is compatible with any network equipment featuring standard LC duplex multimode ports. This includes a wide range of network switches, routers, and transceivers from various manufacturers, supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) up to 300 meters and 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet (40/100GbE) up to 100 meters over OM3 fiber. It is suitable for use with NVRs, servers, and network core devices requiring high-bandwidth, short-to-medium reach interconnects.

Installation Notes

Maintain a minimum bend radius of 1 inch (25mm) during installation and 0.5 inches (12.5mm) when the cable is under tension. Avoid sharp bends or kinks that can degrade signal performance. Ensure connectors are clean before mating to prevent signal loss or damage. The cable is rated for indoor use only.
