The WMFB1DRB is a single-gang, 15A duplex floor box finished in brass — built for in-floor power delivery in boardrooms, lobbies, and open AV/security equipment areas where wall outlets aren't an option. The brass finish blends into hardwood and tile floors without the plastic look of commodity boxes, and the compact 4 in. × 3.13 in. × 5 in. footprint fits tight floor cavity depths without requiring sub-floor modification on most commercial slab installations.

Compatibility

Designed for use within Middle Atlantic floor box installations, specifically the WMFB1DR wood floor box series. Accepts standard 15A duplex receptacles (sold separately) and fits single-gang device plates sized for the WMFB series. Compatible with typical commercial subfloor depths of 5 in. or greater. Pairs with other commercial power accessories in the Middle Atlantic floor box line for multi-gang or mixed power/data configurations. Not intended for wet or damp locations — strictly dry indoor commercial environments.

Depth of 5 in. (12.7 cm) requires adequate subfloor clearance before installation — verify cavity depth before ordering. Width of 3.13 in. (8 cm) and height of 4 in. (10.2 cm) determine cutout dimensions; template the opening precisely to avoid overcut on finished floors.
