This ensures proper alignment and support for your deployed hardware in a structured data center or network closet environment.

Compatibility

This rail kit is engineered for use with the Vertiv VR 42U enclosure series. It is specifically designed to fit within the 600mm width of the VR cabinet, providing 19-inch mounting dimensions. It is not compatible with wider (800mm) or different height (e.g., 48U) Vertiv VR enclosures without a specific conversion kit.

Installation Notes

Installation requires mounting the rails to the front and rear vertical supports within the 42U VR enclosure. Ensure the rails are oriented correctly for the depth of the equipment being installed. Standard rack-mount equipment typically uses 10-32 or M6 screws (not included) for securing devices to the rails.
