Altronix T1VK34 Power Distribution Module & Controller

Overview

The Altronix T1VK34 is a versatile power distribution module and access control power supply designed for integrated security systems. It consolidates power distribution, battery backup, and access control power into a single enclosure, simplifying installation and reducing wiring complexity for applications requiring up to four fused, independently controlled outputs. This unit is ideal for installations where reliable, conditioned power is critical for access control readers, door locks, and surveillance cameras, particularly in environments demanding UL294 compliance.

Compatibility

This unit is designed to integrate with Altronix power supply chassis and voltage regulators. It is compatible with Altronix AL600ULxB series power supplies, providing 24VDC input. The integrated VR6 voltage regulator module outputs 12VDC, allowing the T1VK34 to distribute both 12VDC and 24VDC to connected devices. It is suitable for powering various access control systems, including card readers, electric locks, and IP cameras that require specific voltage and current ratings.

Installation Notes

The enclosure dimensions are 18" x 14.5" x 4.62". The unit operates within a temperature range of 0ºC to 49ºC and requires 85% +/- 5% relative humidity. The system generates approximately 87 BTU/Hr. Input voltage is 115VAC, 60Hz, drawing a maximum of 3.5A. The power distribution module features a 10A/250V input fuse, while the four output channels are protected by individual 3A/32V fuses.
