Janam TRG-T1-004 Trigger Handle Snap-On Mount

Overview

The TRG-T1-004 is a snap-on trigger handle that converts the Janam XT4 series into a one-handed scanning instrument. It adds a pistol-grip frame with hardware trigger, freeing the user's second hand for documentation, moving stock, or managing assets during field operations. Deploy this in warehouse receiving, cycle counts, and asset audits where the operator needs to scan and move simultaneously without setting the device down.

Compatibility

The TRG-T1-004 snaps directly onto Janam XT4 series devices only—no tools required. It will not fit earlier Janam models or competing mobile computers. Verify your device is an XT4 before ordering. The handle detaches instantly, allowing the XT4 to revert to handheld or dock mode without modification.

Installation Notes

Simply align the snap-on mount with the XT4 frame and press until it seats fully. No fasteners, torque specs, or tools needed. The handle maintains full access to the XT4's rear 16MP camera with LED flash and all external buttons (Scan, Power, Up/Down controls). The XT4's IP67 rating and 1.5m drop spec remain unchanged when the trigger handle is attached.
