Compatibility
This service applies to ACTi cloud-connected cameras and systems enrolled in the ACTi Cloud Services platform. Your integrator will activate the contract on your designated start date and assign it to the appropriate camera channel in your cloud account. Multi-camera deployments require additional channel licenses (one CNVR-7D-M-1MP-12 per camera).
Service Terms
Recording Scope: Motion-detection triggers only; continuous 24/7 recording is not included in this tier. Retention: All recorded events remain available for 7 calendar days; older footage is automatically purged. Contract Duration: 12 months from your activation date; renewal is required to maintain service beyond month 12. Pricing: Contract price reflects a single camera channel; total cost scales with the number of cameras enrolled. Activation: No on-site installation required.
