The Altronix TANGO8APCB is a self-contained surveillance power distribution assembly that converts a single IEEE 802.3bt (PoE++) input into eight individually protected 12VDC or 24VDC outputs — purpose-built for access control panels, cameras, and ancillary devices that need reliable, locally distributed DC power without a dedicated AC circuit at the cabinet. It bundles the TANGO1B PoE-to-DC converter, the ACMS8CB eight-output power distribution module, and the PDS8CB enclosure into a single orderable unit. If you're wiring a door-controller cluster or a compact camera hub where running conduit back to an AC source is cost-prohibitive, the TANGO8APCB turns a single PoE++ drop from your switch into a full local power plant.

Drawing up to 90W from an 802.3bt-capable switch port, the TANGO8APCB delivers a combined 65W of DC output across its eight channels — enough to simultaneously power a multi-door access control panel plus its downstream readers, locks, and sensors without sourcing a separate transformer.
