Description

Altronix T2M35XK1D Concise Descriptor

Overview

The Altronix T2M35XK1D is a compact power distribution module designed to provide fused, regulated 12VDC output for up to eight surveillance cameras or other low-voltage devices. It is engineered for installations where clean, reliable power is critical, such as in retail environments, commercial buildings, or transportation hubs. This unit simplifies wiring by consolidating power distribution from a single source, reducing clutter and potential points of failure. The T2M35XK1D is suitable for wall or rack mounting, offering installation flexibility.

Compatibility

This module is designed to accept 115VAC input and distribute regulated 12VDC power. It is compatible with a wide range of low-voltage surveillance cameras, access control devices, and network equipment that require a stable 12VDC supply. The fused outputs protect individual devices from overcurrent conditions, making it ideal for systems utilizing various camera models or brands that draw differing amounts of current. It is intended for use with Altronix power supplies or other certified 115VAC input power sources.

Installation Notes

The T2M35XK1D requires a 115VAC input connection. Each of the eight outputs is individually fused, allowing for easy replacement if a device draws excessive current. The module supports a maximum total output current of 3.5A. Ensure the total current draw of all connected devices does not exceed this limit. The unit can be mounted to a wall using appropriate hardware or installed in a standard 19-inch rack using an optional rack mounting kit.
