The Vertiv SURPDU-GERMV1 is a 5-year service contract providing professional installation and startup for Vertiv VP Rack PDU, Site-Single units. This service is designed to ensure your power distribution infrastructure is correctly deployed, minimizing downtime and maximizing reliability. It covers the labor for physical and electronic setup, resolving potential issues before they impact operations. This service is specifically intended for use with the Vertiv Knurr DI-Strip PDU, Site-Single.

Compatibility

This service contract is designed exclusively for the Vertiv VP Rack PDU, Site-Single and the Vertiv Knurr DI-Strip PDU, Site-Single. It is sold concurrently with the DI-Strip sale.

Installation Notes

The service includes installation and startup labor. It also covers the removal and disposal of existing rack-PDU equipment. The 5-year contract term commences upon the start-up date. Subscribers gain access to the Vertiv Customer Services Network online Internet portal and a 24-Hour Customer Resolution Center.
