Overview
The D8WHUM8TB is a compact wall-mounted DVR system combining an 8-channel recorder and integrated display in a single enclosure. It eliminates the need for separate monitor and recorder hardware, reducing installation footprint and wiring complexity—a practical fit for retail environments, small offices, and entry-level warehouse deployments where space is constrained and simple local review is the priority. The unit includes 8TB of internal storage for continuous or scheduled recording across 8 analog channels.
Display and Control
The integrated display delivers 3,840 x 2,160 (4K) native resolution at 60Hz with 400 cd/m² brightness and 1,200:1 contrast ratio, supporting multi-channel layout viewing without external monitor investment. Built-in stereo speakers (15W × 2 channels) provide local audio feedback. Touch interface with 40-point multi-touch support and ≤10ms response time allows operator control of recording, playback, and system settings directly from the wall-mounted unit. IR remote control option via integrated IR receiver adds flexibility for hands-off operation.
Connectivity and Integration
Three HDMI outputs (2 rear, 1 front) plus USB-C (front) and internal OPS slot support external monitor extension, peripheral pairing, and optional PC module integration. Five USB ports (1× 2.0, 4× 3.0) enable mouse, keyboard, and external storage connection. RS232C and RJ45 in/out allow Ethernet-based system control and remote management. Audio input via stereo mini-jack supports auxiliary line sources (microphones, intercoms) if needed.
