Overview

The CBS-WRK-27 is a skirted wheelbase designed to add mobility to Middle Atlantic WRK-series racks with a 27-inch depth footprint. Rather than anchoring a rack permanently to a floor, this base lets you roll the entire assembly — casters included — for staging, repositioning during system commissioning, or accessing rear cabling runs without breaking down the build. At 4 inches tall and rated for 1,300 lbs (589.7 kg), it supports fully loaded racks without flex or sag. The black wrinkle powder coat finish matches standard Middle Atlantic rack aesthetics for a clean, integrated appearance in equipment rooms and broadcast environments.

Compatibility

The CBS-WRK-27 is purpose-built for the Middle Atlantic WRK rack series at 27-inch depth. It is not a universal base — the mounting footprint and skirt geometry are matched to WRK-series rails specifically.
