This service delivers instructor-led instruction in a virtual classroom format, allowing your team to upskill without facility disruption or travel overhead. Each day covers core competencies in ACTi system design, edge analytics, video management workflows, and integration with third-party VMS platforms — knowledge that directly reduces deployment time and support escalations on live projects.
Compatibility
This training applies across the full ACTi surveillance portfolio, including IP camera systems, Video management software, edge analytics appliances, and integration middleware. Content is relevant for integrators supporting any ACTi camera family (fixed, PTZ, panoramic, multi-sensor) and both on-premises and hybrid cloud-connected deployments. Prior hands-on experience with ACTi hardware or software is not required; the curriculum scales from technician fundamentals to architect-level system design.
Delivery and Access
Online delivery via live instructor session. Participants join from your facility or remote office. Each day-long session is scheduled by agreement with the training provider.
