Description

Lifesafety Power FPO150/250-2C82D8PE8H1/P16-D Multi-Output Access Control Power Supply

Overview

The FPO150/250-2C82D8PE8H1/P16-D is a dual-output power supply engineered for distributed access control, electric lock management, and auxiliary device supervision in mid-to-large deployments. Select 150W (12A @ 12V or 6A @ 24V) or 250W (20A @ 12V or 10A @ 24V) depending on door count and lock power draw. Eight relay outputs with individual 3A fuses support selectable failsafe, failsecure, or momentary activation modes—essential when lock behavior must match egress codes or facility security posture. Eight class 2 auxiliary outputs (2.5A per output) allow independent bus selection, enabling mixed supervision topology across multiple credential readers or IP cameras mounted at entry points.

Compatibility

Designed for integration with Lifesafety Power access control panels and door controllers; suitable for any 12VDC or 24VDC lock, reader, or sensor ecosystem requiring supervised, fused distribution. Pairs with PoE switches carrying managed network traffic to reader controllers when central NVR supervision is deployed. Compatible with standard DIN rail or surface mounting in electrical enclosures.

Installation Notes

E8 form factor: 36H × 30W × 6.5D inches. Each relay output is individually fused at 3A; verify lock inrush current does not exceed fuse rating during commissioning. Dual auxiliary bus outputs allow daisy-chaining of low-current devices or segregation of supervision circuits—confirm bus selection on each output during configuration. Enclosure must be climate-controlled; standard commercial HVAC environments are adequate.
