Overview

The Black Box EMD2002PE-R-P is a compact Power over Ethernet (PoE) extender designed to overcome the standard 100-meter Ethernet cable length limitation. This device allows you to extend the reach of your PoE-enabled network devices, such as IP cameras or access control readers, significantly further than a single cable run would permit. By daisy-chaining multiple EMD2002PE-R-P units, you can deploy network endpoints in locations previously inaccessible due to distance constraints, without requiring additional network switches or local power sources.
