The unit arrives fully configured with an Intel Xeon 4-core processor, 32GB system RAM, and 12TB native storage capacity—unbox, mount to a standard 4-post rack using included rails, connect your IP cameras, and begin recording immediately. Windows 11 Pro OS ships pre-installed with VI Server Activation (Insight Edition) and ongoing software updates included, eliminating deployment delay. The NVR-R-1-12TB-V5 supports concurrent ingest from 20–40 mid-to-high-resolution cameras at sustained recording rates of 150–300 Mbps, making it practical for retail floors, office lobbies, warehouse zones, and branch network environments where centralized storage and remote management are required.
Compatibility
The NVR-R-1-12TB-V5 integrates with any ONVIF-compliant IP camera or encoder—Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and other standards-based surveillance devices. Two 1GBE Base-T ports handle camera ingest and management traffic separately if needed. Windows 11 Pro ensures compatibility with Active Directory for centralized user authentication and third-party VMS platforms that support Windows-based appliances.
