The Middle Atlantic HCM-1D is a 1 RU horizontal cable management panel designed for 19-inch rack systems. It provides two D-ring mounting points to organize and route network, audio/video, or security cabling, preventing strain and simplifying maintenance within densely populated racks. This unit is ideal for commercial AV, IT, and security installations where clean cable runs are critical for system reliability and airflow.

Compatibility

This horizontal cable manager is designed for standard 19-inch rack-width enclosures and equipment racks. Its 1 RU height ensures compatibility with virtually any rack system. The two D-ring mounting points are suitable for managing bundles of patch cords, power cables, or bulk wire from various manufacturers' network switches, servers, AV matrix switchers, and surveillance recorders.

Installation Notes

The HCM-1D mounts horizontally within a standard 19-inch rack using four front-panel screws (not included). Its 4.22-inch depth allows for substantial cable routing without interfering with rear-mounted equipment. The unit's 1.75-inch height consumes a single rack unit (RU).
