Overview
The HID 900424-001 is a factory replacement supply kit containing five silicone membranes plus cleaning cloth and tape, designed to maintain HID Signo access control readers across Guardian 100, 200, 300, and Module product lines. Silicone membranes degrade over time in outdoor and high-UV environments, reducing tactile response and water sealing — this kit provides genuine replacements to restore reader sensitivity and environmental protection without swapping the entire head unit.
Compatibility
The 900424-001 fits HID Signo reader models 20, 40, 20K, 40K, and 40T across the Guardian series. Compatible with both proximity and keypad variants, including readers configured for DESFire, iCLASS, MIFARE, HID Bluetooth, SEOS, and NFC/13.56MHz credentials. If you maintain a mixed fleet of Signo readers, verify your specific model against the Guardian 100/200/300/Module designation before ordering.
