Overview
The Epson SCP5370SE is the SureColor P5370 Standard Edition, a 17-inch wide-format photographic printer built around a 10-channel MicroPiezo print head. It is designed specifically for professional photographic and fine-art reproduction where color fidelity across a wide gamut — including violet, multiple grays, and vivid magenta variants — is a hard requirement. The SCP5370SE is engineered exclusively for Epson cartridges; third-party ink is not supported, and Epson explicitly flags this at the product level. If your workflow depends on third-party consumables, this is the wrong platform.
Compatibility
The SCP5370SE is a self-contained wide-format printer and does not integrate with camera systems, NVRs, or security infrastructure. It accepts media up to 17 inches wide. The 10-channel ink set — Photo Black, Cyan, Vivid Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan, Vivid Light Magenta, Gray, Matte Black, Light Gray, and Violet — is purpose-matched to Epson's large-format printer ink ecosystem. Compatible media types and ICC profiles are managed through Epson's driver and RIP software stack.
