Overview

The Panduit UTP28SP12YL is a 12-foot Category 6 unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) patch cable. It features 28 AWG stranded copper conductors and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, plated with gold for reliable connectivity. This cable is designed for standard network deployments where reliable data transmission up to Gigabit Ethernet speeds is required, fitting into server racks, patch panels, and workstation connections.

Compatibility

This Cat6 cable is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 networks, and supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) up to 55 meters. It is suitable for connecting network devices such as switches, routers, servers, workstations, and IP cameras that utilize standard RJ-45 Ethernet ports.

Installation Notes
