ACTi CTI-SRVCS-CTA1 Clear Touch Academy Training Membership
Overview
The CTI-SRVCS-CTA1 is a per-person membership to ACTi's Clear Touch Academy training program. This subscription delivers structured technical curriculum for integrators, operators, and IT staff deploying ACTi surveillance systems. Each membership covers one individual and provides access to online modules covering system configuration, API integration, edge analytics deployment, and operational best practices across ACTi's camera and NVR product lines.
Compatibility
The Clear Touch Academy membership applies to all current ACTi IP camera models and NVR platforms. Training content covers product families including the Q-series fixed cameras, G-series panoramic and multi-sensor systems, E-series video encoders, and INR-series network video recorders. The curriculum is designed for users already deploying or planning deployments of ACTi surveillance infrastructure, whether indoor domes, outdoor bullets, PTZ systems, or hybrid multi-camera surveillance networks.
Installation Notes
No physical installation is required. Membership activation occurs via email registration linked to the MPN CTI-SRVCS-CTA1. Access is provisioned at the individual user level — one membership per person. Training is delivered through ACTi's online learning portal and does not require on-site deployment support or additional hardware configuration beyond standard internet connectivity to access course materials.
