The Panduit PUR6AHD04WH-G is a 1000-foot spool of Category 6 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) bulk copper cable, rated for Riser (CMR) applications. Designed for structured cabling systems, this cable supports data transmission up to 1 Gbps, making it suitable for general network infrastructure deployments where vertical cable runs between floors are required. Its solid 23 AWG conductors ensure a stable connection for standard Ethernet networking.

Compatibility

This Panduit Pan-Net® Category 6 cable is engineered to meet TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards. It is compatible with all standard Category 6 network interfaces, including 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet, and can be used with any certified RJ45 modular connectors and patch panels designed for 23 AWG solid conductor UTP cable. It is suitable for use with most network switches, routers, and network interface cards from major manufacturers.

Installation Notes

The CMR rating indicates this cable is suitable for vertical runs in non-plenum spaces, such as between floors in a building. Ensure proper bend radius management during installation, not exceeding 4 times the cable diameter, to maintain signal integrity.
