This feed-through patch panel is designed for standard Cat6 Ethernet cabling. It is compatible with any standard 19-inch rack system and works with any network switch or device that utilizes standard RJ45 Ethernet ports. The feed-through design means it requires no specific compatibility with switch models, only that the connected cables are Cat6 or higher.
The JPM818A mounts into a standard 1U rack space. Installation involves securing the panel to the rack using standard rack screws (not included). Existing Cat6 cables are fed through the rear RJ45 ports and connect directly to the front RJ45 ports, eliminating the need for punch-down tools on the front of the panel. Ensure adequate cable slack is available for routing.
