Overview

The BGR-ISO is a dedicated isolation kit for Middle Atlantic's BGR rack base series. At 1.75" wide × 0.63" tall × 4.5" deep, it mounts directly to the BGR base to mechanically decouple the rack enclosure from the floor — reducing vibration transmission to rack-mounted equipment and preventing minor floor-level movement from affecting sensitive gear. If you're deploying a BGR-series rack in a server room with HVAC vibration, near loading dock doors, or on raised flooring panels that flex under load, this kit addresses the mechanical coupling problem at its source rather than downstream.

Compatibility

Designed exclusively for the Middle Atlantic BGR base series. Install it on BGR rack bases as part of a rack accessory assembly. It is not a universal isolation product — do not attempt to fit it to non-BGR Middle Atlantic bases or third-party rack bases. Verify your BGR base model before ordering; the BGR-ISO is sized to the BGR footprint and will not retrofit to the WM, LBR, or other Middle Atlantic base families.

Installation Notes

No additional hardware beyond what Middle Atlantic provides with BGR base installations is expected, but confirm your BGR base configuration accepts the isolation kit before mounting.
