Installation Notes

This is a service contract, not a physical product. After purchase, retain proof of purchase and your printer's original serial number — both are required to initiate a return-for-repair claim. The plan must be purchased while the covered unit is within its active standard warranty period; coverage lapses on hardware outside that window are not eligible. Return shipping logistics and depot repair terms are governed by Epson's service agreement at the time of claim.
