Overview
The IX-MV7-HW-JP is a wall-mounted IP video answering station designed for the IX and IXG Series systems. Featuring a 7" LCD touchscreen, it answers calls from entrance stations, door stations, and other answering stations within multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional environments. Built in Japan and TAA-compliant, this unit delivers full-duplex communication with hands-free or push-to-talk modes.
Key Specifications
The station is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 0) at 4.32W, includes a 1/3" CMOS 720p camera with privacy shutter, and operates at 32–104°F. It supports H.264/AVC and Motion JPEG video codecs, G.711 and G.722 audio codecs, and SIP with ONVIF Profile S compliance. Connectivity includes IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP, RTSP, DHCP, NTP, and IEEE 802.1X port security.
Compatibility
Fully compatible with all IX and IXG Series devices. Features 8 customizable speed dial buttons, Picture-in-Picture (PIP) viewing of ONVIF Profile S cameras, 2 contact outputs, 4 trigger inputs, 8Ω 0.5W speaker, and 600Ω audio input. Supports microSD card storage (not included) for audio/video capture.

Dimensions: 8-1/16" H × 11" W × 2-3/16" D. Mounting includes multi-angled desk stand (30°, 45°, 60°) or wall bracket.
