Aiphone IE-JA Flush Mount Door Station
Overview
The Aiphone IE-JA is a slim, flush-mount door station featuring a stainless steel protective cover. Designed for outdoor and semi-protected entry points, this unit integrates into standard 2-gang electrical boxes or rings and includes a locator LED above the call button for visitor visibility. Operating temperature range of 14°F to 140°F (-10°C to 60°C) ensures reliable performance across seasons.
Compatibility
The IE-JA integrates with Aiphone's AX Series intercom systems, including the AX-8M, AX-8MV, and AX-8MV-W master stations. Supports up to 8 master stations and multiple door stations across networked installations. IP33 protection rating provides weather resistance suitable for covered entries and vestibules.
Installation
Flush-mount design requires 2-conductor shielded wire (18 AWG); compatible with Aiphone #822202 or #821802 cable. PoE+ (802.3at) powered—no dedicated power runs required when integrated into IP-enabled AX systems. Hands-free communication via built-in speaker and microphone.
