Aiphone AXW-AVR Audio/Video Adapter Receiver
Overview
The AXW-AVR is a receiver module designed to extend AX Series video door station deployments beyond standard transmission distances. It supports alternate connection methods such as fiber optic links, enabling longer-distance audio and video signal transmission. This adapter accepts composite video input and provides both video output and relay control functionality, making it suitable for larger security integration projects requiring flexible topology.
Compatibility
Works with Aiphone AX Series video door stations and compatible 3rd-party transmission equipment. Supports Cat-5e wiring at cumulative distances up to 980 feet. Video connectivity via BNC connectors (composite, NTSC standard). Relay output: N/O contact, 30V DC, 1A maximum. Sensor input: N/C contact. Ideal for installations where standard wired runs are impractical or where fiber infrastructure exists.
