Overview
The Aiphone NHX-50M is a 50-call audio master station with handset designed for institutional and healthcare environments. It provides three distinct call levels with visual and audible signaling for routine, urgent, and cord-out trouble calls. Features include automatic priority connection to the next pending call and fault detection that alerts operators when wires are disconnected or shorted at patient stations, or when handsets remain off-hook beyond 90 seconds.
Compatibility
Integrates with the NHX system architecture, including the NHX-80X Central Control Unit. Connects via 5-twisted pair, low-capacitance, overall-shielded cable (Aiphone #862210) up to 65 feet from the central control unit. Supports VOX or push-to-talk simplex communication. Compatible with bedside audio stations (NH-1SA/A, NH-2SA/A), corridor light stations (NHR-3TS), and audio duty stations (NHR-SP).
