Aiphone DA-2DS 2-Call Audio Entrance Station
Overview
The Aiphone DA-2DS is a 2-call audio entrance station designed for the DA and DB series intercom systems. It provides hands-free communication at building entry points with direct-select button access and integrated door release capability. The aluminum cover construction delivers weather resistance for indoor and covered outdoor installations.
Compatibility
The DA-2DS integrates with DA and DB series tenant and master stations. Supports 9.5–20V AC door release operation (70Ω or higher resistance; requires EL-12S strike). Operating temperature range: 14°F to 140°F (−10°C to 60°C). Wiring distance: up to 360 feet at 22 AWG or 1,020 feet at 18 AWG from power supply. Connections use 2-conductor shielded cable (Aiphone #822202) or 2-conductor low-capacitance PE-insulated cable (Aiphone #871802).
