Aiphone DA-1DS 1-Call Audio Door Station
Overview
The Aiphone DA-1DS is a 1-Call audio entrance station designed for the DA Series intercom system. It features a direct select button for quick access and backlit directory for ease of use. The weather-resistant aluminum cover suits indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. Door release is powered directly from the station, eliminating the need for external relay equipment in basic applications.
Compatibility
Designed to integrate with DA Series audio intercom systems including DA-1AS entrance boxes, DA-1MD handsets, and DB Series master stations. Operates on 9.5–20V AC with 70Ω or higher resistance; the optional EL-12S 12V AC electric door strike is recommended for door release integration. Installation supports up to 360 feet of 22AWG wire or 1,020 feet of 18AWG wire from power supply to entrance station.
Installation
Surface-mount wall installation. Supports 2-conductor shielded (Aiphone #822202) or 2-conductor low-capacitance PE insulated non-shielded (Aiphone #871802) wiring. Operating temperature range: 14°–140°F (−10°–60°C).
