Pelco IRN60B9AS00 is a covert 940 nm IR illuminator with a 60-degree wide beam and approximately 60 m maximum range in a stainless steel housing. Floods a broad zone with invisible illumination for fixed-camera deployments requiring nighttime coverage without any visible LED glow. Powered from 24 Vac or 12/24 Vdc. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

The 60-degree pattern aligns with typical wide-angle lens fields of view, covering parking areas, courtyards, and open outdoor zones from a single mounting point. Mount co-axially with or adjacent to the paired camera. Wide-beam illuminators trade maximum throw for angular coverage—at 60 m, edge intensity drops substantially compared to center. For longer-range corridors, the 30-degree or 10-degree variants concentrate energy more effectively. Sites without covert requirements achieve better camera performance with 850 nm illuminators due to higher sensor quantum efficiency.
