Pelco FRD1S1FC – Security Camera Accessory

Pelco FRD1S1FC — single-channel data-only fiber receiver for single-mode fiber with an FC connector. Receives RS-485/RS-422 serial data from a compatible FTD transmitter, extending PTZ control, alarm, or serial data over fiber without carrying video. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Install at the headend or controller location. Single-mode supports long-distance runs well beyond RS-485 copper limits. FC connector requires FC-terminated fiber. Pair with a compatible FTD1S single-mode FC transmitter at the far end. For ST connector installations, use the FRD1S1ST. For multimode fiber, consult the FRD1M1ST. For combined video and data on one fiber, the FRV10D1M1ST handles both channels.
