Overview
The HID 40NWS-01-000000 is a wall-mounted access control terminal designed for medium-scale door installations. White with silver trim finish. Features 13.56 MHz contactless card technology with Apple Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP) support and mobile-ready capability for credential flexibility in modern access deployments.
Compatibility
Integrates with access control systems supporting Wiegand protocol output (32-bit MSB, 32-bit EM format). Terminal strip connection for straightforward installation. Includes visual and audible feedback (red LED, green flash indicator, buzzer). Surface-mount installation suitable for standard door frame applications. Mobile-ready configuration enables smartphone credential authentication where supported by control panel.
Configuration
ASP10022 format, surface-mounted enclosure, red LED status, green flash strobe output, buzzer enabled. IPM (integrated pin pad) and velocity monitoring disabled. Certified for networked access control environments.
