Pelco POE430-ATUS — 4-port 30 W PoE midspan injector supporting IEEE 802.3at (PoE+). Inserts between a non-PoE network switch and up to four IP cameras, adding PoE power to existing structured cabling without replacing switch hardware. Each port delivers up to 30 W. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Cost-effective when the existing switch lacks PoE and replacement is not justified. Installs inline at the patch panel or IDF, transparent to network traffic. Verify each connected camera’s PoE class does not exceed 30 W per port and confirm total aggregate draw stays within rated capacity. For cameras requiring 802.3bt (up to 90 W) — such as PTZ domes with heaters — use a higher-power injector like the POE90U-1BT. Evaluate whether a PoE-capable switch replacement provides better long-term value than adding midspan injectors.
