Pelco OHEPOWINJ is a single-channel Hi-PoE power injector for OHE Series outdoor camera housings. Delivers higher wattage than standard IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (30 W), supporting cameras with power-hungry accessories—housing heaters, blowers, and high-intensity IR illuminators—that exceed the standard PoE budget. Single cable carries both power and data. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

OHE housings in cold climates run heaters and blowers simultaneously, pushing total draw above 30 W. Hi-PoE on a single Ethernet cable eliminates the need for a separate low-voltage power run. Indoor installation only—mount in a ventilated IT closet. If OHE housing and camera total power stays below 30 W, a standard 802.3at injector is sufficient and less expensive. Confirm the specific camera and housing power requirement before specifying.
