Pelco M9-40P is a CS-mount megapixel varifocal lens covering 9–40 mm at F1.5, 1/2.5″ format, with P-iris for precise depth-of-field and exposure control. The long varifocal range supports telephoto to medium scene coverage for perimeter fences, parking lots, and corridor identification zones. P-iris provides finer iris control than DC auto-iris, improving image sharpness across varying light conditions.

Fits CS-mount box cameras with P-iris support and 1/2.5-inch or smaller sensors. Confirm the camera firmware supports P-iris lens profiles. For wider focal ranges starting at 2.8 mm, the YV2.8X28SR4A covers more versatile framing. NDAA Section 889 compliant.
