Attaches directly to ceiling or wall surfaces without a cavity cutout, housing the cable junction and structural interface for the camera body. Black finish suits dark-ceiling environments, theatrical venues, and architectural spaces where white hardware would be visually intrusive. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Common in entertainment venues, studios, and dark-themed retail where visual consistency matters. Surface mounting keeps installation straightforward on exposed structural ceilings and concrete decks. Route cabling to the mounting point before fastening. White surface mount uses IMMBB0-S. In-ceiling options exist in white (IMMBB0-I) and environmental gray (IMMBB0-EI) only—no black in-ceiling variant is available.
