Overview

Pelco ESCE1-8X36-RLU is an Esprit Compact Enhanced 1 ruggedized 8MP (4K) outdoor PTZ dome with 36× optical zoom, built to MIL-STD-810G environmental standards. Continuous 360° pan, −90° to +1° tilt, Pelco Smart Analytics, and H.265/H.264 compression. The 3840×2160 resolution delivers maximum identification detail in the ruggedized Esprit lineup—resolving facial features and plate characters at distances where 2MP and 4MP variants produce unusable pixels.

ONVIF Profile S, T, G, M compliant. NDAA Section 889 compliant. The highest-resolution option in the MIL-STD-810G Esprit series, suited to military installations, border security, and critical infrastructure perimeters demanding both 4K detail and documented environmental durability.

Compatibility and selection notes

For 4MP resolution with 36× zoom in the same ruggedized form factor, the ESCE1-4X36-RLU reduces bandwidth and storage requirements. For 2MP with 40× zoom, the ESCE1-2X40-RLU provides longer telephoto reach at lower pixel density. All share MIL-STD-810G certification. Verify power input requirements against site infrastructure.
