Overview
The HID 920NHRTEK0032Y-KIT is a production PIVClass bundle featuring the R40-H intelligent reader with iCLASS SE contactless technology. This kit delivers dual-credential support (HF standard and SIO/SEOS protocols) with FIPS certification and CAK encryption for government and enterprise access control deployments. RS-485 full duplex communication enables reliable integration into multi-reader systems with standard termination and UART serial interface support.
Compatibility
Designed for PIVClass-certified environments and standard access control panels supporting RS-485 communication. The reader operates in black housing with red LED indication and green flash feedback. Buzzer alerts are enabled; IPM and Wiegand outputs are disabled. This configuration is production-ready for direct integration into existing iCLASS infrastructure.
