Overview
The HID SIGNO 40 is a wired access control terminal engineered for enterprise door access applications. This black and silver trim unit combines dual-frequency card technology with open-protocol communication, making it suitable for integrations into existing access control systems. Terminal configuration includes wiegand output, red LED feedback, green flash indicator, and integrated buzzer for door event confirmation.
Compatibility
Designed for professional installation in secured entry points. Supports 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz card credentials via pigtail connection. Operates in half duplex mode with Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) for system communication. Wiegand interface enables compatibility with legacy and modern access control platforms.
