Overview
Pelco SRXE4-8V9-EMD-1 is a Sarix Enterprise 4 outdoor mini-dome with a 9 mm fixed lens and no integrated IR. Built on a 1/1.8″ sensor with 130 dB WDR and FIPS 140-3 validated encryption. On-board Pelco Smart Analytics. Specify for well-lit outdoor environments—illuminated parking structures, covered walkways, permanently lit building perimeters—where IR is unnecessary.
ONVIF Profile S/T/G/M compliant. PoE+ or 12/24 Vdc. IP-rated, IK10. NDAA Section 889 compliant.
Compatibility and selection notes
No integrated IR—nighttime coverage depends entirely on external illumination. For self-contained day-night operation, specify the SRXE4-8V9-EMD-IR1 with integrated IR. The 9 mm lens is fixed post-install; verify field of view at the planned mounting geometry. Sites not requiring FIPS 140-3 or 130 dB WDR can specify Sarix Pro 4 outdoor domes at lower cost.
