Overview

Pelco UED22NA000A is an EVO dual-sensor PTZ combining a 1080p Full HD visible channel with 30× optical zoom and an integrated uncooled thermal detector. Dual-channel operation detects, classifies, and identifies subjects in complete darkness, heavy fog, and smoke where visible-only cameras produce no usable imagery.

Both channels share the PTZ platform, enabling coordinated slew-to-target between thermal detection and visible identification. Programmable presets, guard tours, and on-camera analytics. H.265/H.264 encoding with ONVIF compliance. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Compatibility and selection notes

Fills the gap between single-sensor visible PTZ cameras and dedicated cooled thermal systems. Suited for perimeter security, critical infrastructure, and border monitoring where all-weather detection is required but cooled-detector range and budget are not justified. Confirm VMS supports dual-channel thermal+visible recording for full operational benefit.
