Overview

Pelco EABE1-2X40VF09-SPT0-AC is an Esprit Anti-Corrosion Enhanced bispectral PTZ with 2 MP visible imaging at 40× optical zoom and a VGA thermal channel with 9 mm lens. Precision-machined 316L stainless steel housing rated IP66/IP67 resists salt spray, acid vapor, and industrial chemical exposure. AC power with SPT mount configuration.

Dual-channel operation provides visible identification and thermal detection in a single unit, reducing installation points in corrosive environments where every penetration increases maintenance risk. H.265/H.264 encoding, Pelco Smart Analytics, and ONVIF compliance. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Compatibility and selection notes

The 9 mm thermal lens covers a wider FOV for near-to-mid-range detection. For long-range perimeter work, step up to the VF36 variant with a 36 mm thermal lens. AC suffix indicates mains power—for alternate mount/power, use the M1 variant (EABE1-2X40VF09-SPT0-M1). Non-explosion-proof; for hazardous areas requiring ATEX/IECEx certification, use the ExSite EXBE2 series instead.
