Overview

Pelco SRXP4-8V9-EMD-IR is an 8 MP outdoor environmental dome from the Sarix Pro 4 series—the highest resolution available in the Pro 4 fixed-lens outdoor dome range. A 9 mm fixed lens covers wide-to-moderate areas at maximum pixel density, making it well suited for parking structures, plazas, and building exteriors where forensic-quality detail matters across a broad scene.

Integrated IR enables nighttime operation. On-board Pelco Smart Analytics run without a dedicated server. H.265/H.264 encoding, IP66/IP67 and IK10 rated. PoE or 12/24 Vdc powered. ONVIF Profile S/T/G/M compliant. NDAA Section 889 compliant.

Compatibility and selection notes

Fixed 9 mm lens—field of view is not adjustable post-install. Budget significant NVR bandwidth and storage at 8 MP resolution. For motorized varifocal flexibility, the SRXP4-5V10-EMD-IR provides remote adjustment at 5 MP. For Enterprise-tier cybersecurity at 4 MP, step up to the SRXE4 outdoor dome range.
