Overview

Pelco ESSE1-2X40-SBT-PAP is an Esprit Stainless Steel Enhanced 1 PTZ camera in IP69K-rated 316L stainless steel with 40× optical zoom and a pan-adjust pedestal (PAP) mount. Full 360° continuous pan, high-speed tilt, and remote PTZ control survive repeated high-pressure wash-down cycles at up to 100 bar. The pan-adjust pedestal allows field adjustment of the mounting angle after installation.

2MP resolution with H.265 compression. Pelco Smart Analytics onboard. NDAA Section 889 compliant. Built for food processing, pharmaceutical, marine, and offshore environments where daily or shift-based sanitation protocols subject equipment to aggressive chemical cleaning.

Compatibility and selection notes

The PAP (pan-adjust pedestal) mount provides post-install angle correction—select this over the standard PA mount when final viewing angle cannot be precisely determined before installation. For the standard fixed pan-axis mount, choose the ESSE1-2X40-SBT-PA instead. Both share identical camera optics and IP69K rating.
